GTC
General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Reisefactor.de (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and its customers regarding the arrangement and organization of medical rehabilitation, therapy, and health-related travel services, particularly to Egypt.
2. Description of Services
The Provider arranges travel and treatment services such as rehabilitation programs, physiotherapy treatments, medical care, accommodation, transfers, and additional support services.
The Provider does not provide any medical services itself but acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the service providers (e.g., clinics, doctors, hotels, and transport companies).
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded once the customer accepts an offer in writing (via email or online form) and the Provider confirms the booking.
Any amendments or side agreements must be made in writing.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in euros unless otherwise indicated.
Payments must be made in accordance with the payment deadlines specified in the offer. The Provider reserves the right to require deposits or advance payments.
5. Customer Obligations
The customer is obliged to provide all information relevant to the trip and treatment (in particular health-related data, where necessary) completely and truthfully.
The customer is responsible for complying with all entry requirements, visa regulations, and health-related regulations.
6. Disclaimer for Medical Services
The Provider assumes no liability for the success of medical or therapeutic treatments.
Responsibility for diagnosis, treatment, and therapy lies exclusively with the respective medical service providers on site.
7. Withdrawal and Cancellation
Cancellation conditions are based on the terms and conditions of the respective service providers and will be communicated to the customer prior to the conclusion of the contract.
Costs already incurred may be charged to the customer.
8. Liability
The Provider shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Liability for indirect damages, including loss of profit or consequential damages, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy on the website reisefactor.de and in compliance with applicable data protection laws (in particular the GDPR).
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the registered office of the Provider.
11. Final Provisions
Should any provision of this contract be or become wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, a valid and enforceable provision shall be deemed agreed which most closely reflects the economic intent and purpose of the original provision.
The same applies in the event of any contractual gaps.
